QC Concrete Tracker

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

QC Concrete Tracker is designed to store concrete QC workflow records, user account information, uploaded documents, and operational project data needed to run the service.

This page is a business template, not legal advice. Review final terms with qualified counsel before relying on them.

Information Processed

The service may process account names, roles, project assignments, pour cards, delivery tickets, testing records, uploaded PDFs/photos, notes, reports, and audit-related metadata.

Use of Information

Information is used to operate the tracker, manage project access, generate reports, support turnover workflows, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.

Data Separation

Marketing and demo environments should use fake sample data. Production customer data should not be copied into public demos or sales materials unless approved by the customer.

Security

Access is role-based. Demo environments should use separate databases and file buckets from production environments.

Retention and Deletion

Retention and deletion requirements should be defined in the customer subscription or pilot agreement, including project turnover and archive expectations.
